"Had him replace a furnace and water heater (closet install) October’22. The water heater high pressure valve was jammed against the closet wall and leaking after installation. No drain tube was attached to the valve. I sent him a text about the situation and no attempt was made to correct the problem. I had to cut a hole in the closet wall to free up the valve and also had to install a proper drain tube myself. He also left my wood flooring dirty and scratched after dragging the old unit out. As for the furnace, upon opening the filter cover to change the filter, I discovered the furnace/ AC had been running for months with NO FILTER. also he used the old condensation drain instead of replacing. Somehow it became blocked with debris so now water is leaking from the unit. I’m replacing that myself today."
